We are excited to feature Laetitia Roul, an indispensable member of SynTech Research Group. In this interview, Laetitia shares her insights into her role, motivations and experiences working at SynTech Research.

What is your primary role, and how would you describe your day-to-day responsibilities?

I am the accounting responsible for SynTech Research France. My primary role is to make sure everything is under control with SRF’s financial matters. Everyday, with my team, we ensure that all the deadlines are met, either regarding suppliers’s payments, tax declarations or reporting or annual closure.

What are the values and culture of SynTech Research Group that resonate most with you?

The values of SR Group that resonate the most with me is cooperation between services & team work. I also like the way your can make suggestions in everyday business life that are heard & taken into account! Suggestions are always taken into account.

What is your favourite activity or hobby outside of work, and how have you found support or community for it within the company?

I love watching cinema movies or having dinner in a good restaurant. These are topics that I often talk about with my closest colleagues, exchanging opinion on what we recently saw or ate.

Is there a particular achievement or project in your career that you are especially proud of?

A particular achievement that I am proud of is that, after months of hard work, we have established a very productive system in the accounting team, making sure we stay up to date with all our tasks.

Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here?

A personal story I’d like to share is that my managers trust me, which led to a promotion promptly in my time at SynTech. I love my job & feel supported and valued by my managers every day.
