A message from SynTech Research’s CEO

A message from our CEO, Yvonnick Jambon, excited to share two important leadership updates at Syntech Research Group.

Please join me in welcoming Dr. Matthew Kirkpatrick as the newest addition to the group, stepping into the role of Director of North America’s Operations, today, October 1st. Matt comes to SynTech Research from Valent USA (Sumitomo Corporation) after 18 years, where he held roles in field R&D, managing the USA-Mid-South Agricultural Research Center in Leland, Mississippi to his present position as the Regional Sales Manager for the USA-Midwest Region. His proven track record in driving operational excellence and strategic growth will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our presence in the North American market.

A huge thank you to Dr. Jasper Barnes for his outstanding leadership as Director of North America’s Operations for the past 6+ years. Under his guidance, we’ve seen remarkable growth. I’m thrilled that he will now be stepping into the role of Global Business Development Director, where he will lead our efforts to expand into new markets and drive global growth. He will develop and expand global sales by collaborating closely with our EMEA COO, Global Regulatory, Product Safety and BioSolutions Leads and Regional Directors to identify business opportunities and propose new services to better serve Customer needs.  He will manage Global End-to-End product development offers and sell these services to our customers.  Jasper will have a transition role working with Matt until the end of 2024, and then work remotely from his new home in Springdale, Arkansas.  Both gentlemen will report to me.

These leadership changes reflect our commitment to strengthening both our regional operations and global business strategy. We’re confident that with Matt leading North America and Jasper driving global business development, SynTech Research is well-positioned for continued success.

Let’s all congratulate Matt and Jasper on their new roles!

Thank you,

Yvonnick Jambon
