We are excited to feature Beatriz Blanco, an indispensable member of SynTech Research Group, based in Mexico City, Mexico. In this interview, Beatriz shares insights into her role, motivations and experiences working at SynTech Research Group.
What is your main role and how would you describe your daily responsibilities? I lead the SynTech Research team in Mexico. Along with other branches, I search for new clients and make sure our current ones are satisfied with our services. I suggest the best strategies to obtain their registrations for companies and negotiate the best conditions in the contract for both parties.
What is it like to communicate with the rest of SynTech when you are in Mexico? The entire SynTech team is very cooperative and I always find support in other countries, there are no cultural barriers between us. People are open to share their knowledge and that facilitates interpersonal relationships.
What are the values and culture of SynTech Research Group that resonate with you the most? Integrity is the main value I share with the SynTech community, as well as passion. I strive not to have just clients, but friends, whose well-being and success are my priority. Additionally, I work every day to approach excellence, committed to food safety and environmental care, in line with the corporate spirit of the company.
What is your favorite activity or hobby outside of work, and have you found support or community for it within the company? In my free time, I like to visit museums and admire the architecture of churches and temples, as well as learn new technologies. SynTech supports me when I need space to acquire new knowledge.
Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here? I met my now colleagues at a congress in Miami, they passed on to me the love for their work at SynTech and. unknowingly, they planted the seed of desire to work in the company. Now that I am already on the ship, I feel proud to belong to the team.
