In my case, I have integrated the Syntech Leadership Academy last year. I really appreciate the relaxed and joyful atmosphere in the company. Professionally, colleagues are always happy to provide support or advice, but it’s not all about work. Although most of us work in home-office, we have created a great community of people that like to share things about their personal life, that have fun together and that truly care about each other.

8. Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here?

I had a baby during my first year in the company and without almost knowing me, everyone was so happy for me, so understanding and so supportive that I felt really lucky to be part of such a great team.
