Twenty European managers met in Alba, Italy in November, to plan the Regional implemention of SynTech’s Strategy – “Expert Services Delivering Competitive Advantage”. This included roll-out of additional trialist and project manager training, and the InSite Trials Progress Information system. Two major topics were the standardization and promotion of SynTech’s Super-Service menu and the promotion of its Specialist services, including 1m soil coring, dislodgeable foliar residues, processing and nematocide testing.
