New Business Development Director starts work

As announced in October 2014, to be effective January 2015, Dr. Eric. J. Lorenz has now taken over his new appointment as Director Global Business Development and Marketing Department. Previously Eric served as Director of SynTech Research Laboratory Services, now headed by Scott. G. Ward. Both positions will report to Dr. Khosro Khodayari, President / CEO of SynTech Research and are located at SynTech’s Global Headquarters in Stilwell, Kansas, USA. SynTech’s Global Account Managers will report to Eric.

Before joining SynTech both Eric and Scott worked together in similar product development roles in the agrochemical industry. Dr. Lorenz has held the positions of Vice President for Business development of ABC Laboratories and Business Development Director for Inovatia Laboratories. Previously he held a number of positions in the seeds industry, with Rohm and Haas Seeds, Pioneer Hi-Bred International and Delta and Pine Land Company, in the US and overseas, ranging from agronomists to Intenrational Research Director.

He has a B.S. in Agronomy from California State University, an M.S. in Agronomy from the University of Arkansas and a PhD in Agronomy from Texas A&M University.
