French HR team strengthens abilities to support the disabled

Marianne Galland and Elody Unquera, Human Resources representatives from SynTech France, recently attended a conference on arrangements for disabled employees in the workplace, This was organized by the fund for vocational rehabilitation of people with disabilities (AGEFIPH) and the National Federation for French Companies (MEDEF).

The full day conference covered  a wide variety of topics, including new tools and techniques for accommodating disabled employees, plus policies and practices related to diversity and inclusion.  SynTech France  is now even better equipped to identify problems caused by disability, to adapt the workplace, and to maintain a cooperative climate throughout the Company.
