Thermo Scientific’s TSQ Quantiva™ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

To meet research and regulatory demands for ever-lower limits of detection and quantification, SynTech Research has recently added Thermo Scientific’s TSQ Quantiva™ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer to its arsenal of MS/MS equipment. SynTech provides residue analytical services from its laboratories located in Stilwell, Kansas, USA; SynTech’s chemists have operated TSQ Finnigan Mass Spectrometers for many years, and are thoroughly familiar with using this technology.

“The agrochemical market requires CROs to meet their client’s technological needs by equipping their labs with state-of-the-art equipment,” says Dr Eric Lorenz, Director of Business Development & Marketing. “SynTech will also reinforce its commitment to the Agrochemical industry through continuing global expansion of resources for study directorship, report writing, sample management and residue chemistry. Our new MS equipment and these actions will further increase our range of activities, maximizing our ability to provide timely, high quality, deliverables to our customers”.

The Quantiva also lends itself to quantitation of protein, which will reinforce SynTech’s Biotech service’s analytical capability.
