Job description:
Integrate into a dynamic and growing team, participating in the execution of studies under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles and supporting efficacy screening activities.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out ecotoxicology studies in the laboratory, semi-field or field conditions under GLP, guaranteeing compliance with protocols and the quality of the data generated.
Support the efficacy screening area, collaborating in the design, assembly and monitoring of insecticide trials.
Arthropod management and breeding, as well as preparation of substrates and seeding necessary for trials.
Recording trials evaluation and data analysis, ensuring traceability and integrity of the information.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Food and Rural Engineering, or Technical Agricultural Engineering.
- Experience or knowledge in arthropod management, sowing and substrate preparation.
- Expertise of management on spraying equipment and any other laboratory devices.
- Advanced knowledge of office automation (Microsoft Office package).
- Knowledge of statistics applied to the analysis of trials data.

- Ability to work in a team.
- Level of English that allows the handling of technical documentation and professional communication.
