Job description: Join SynTech Research as a Purchasing & General Services Analyst in Pergamino, who will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, coordinating maintenance activities across the company’s offices, field sites and facilities, and addressing the operational needs of different teams. The role involves working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing requests, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services across offices, field sites and facilities, following up until completion.
- Manage procedures and documentation related to company vehicles and other assets, including repairs, purchases, sales and transfers.
- Coordinate suppliers and service providers, ensuring follow-up on deadlines, quality and agreed conditions.
- Respond to operational requests from different teams, assessing alternatives and coordinating solutions.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate records and supporting documentation, and coordinate with Administration and Treasury regarding supplier payments and internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supplier management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and general office software.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Autonomy, initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation and a practical approach.
- Knowledge of maintenance services and administrative processes is an advantage.
