Mariana’s journey with SynTech began at a time when our company’s headquarters were based in California, and over the past decade, she has contributed significantly to our growth and success. Today, Mariana will share her extensive experience and insights gained during her remarkable + 10 years with SynTech. Join us as we delve into her inspiring professional journey and the invaluable knowledge she brings to our team.

1. What is your primary role at SynTech Research Group, and how would you describe your day-to-day responsibilities?

Field Testing Manager – North America. Communication is the base of my daily work routine.

2. What aspect of your job motivates you and gets you excited to come to work every day?

The ability to connect with regulatory agencies, suppliers, clients, and colleagues to solve problems and facilitate our field operations in North America.

3. What are the values and culture of SynTech Research Group that resonate most with you?

Treating people with respect and dignity + delivering quality data packages to clients.

4. What specific company programs or benefits do you consider contribute to it being a great place to work?

Flexibility to ensure a good work-life balance.

5. What is your favourite activity or hobby outside of work, and how have you found support or community for it within the company?

Travelling, camping at the coast, enjoying good food with family and friends.

6. Is there a particular achievement or project in your career at SynTech Research Group that you are especially proud of?

I lead the International Staff Exchange Program that enhances staff’s professional and personal growth.

7. How would you describe the relationship among employees at SynTech Research Group and how does it contribute to the work atmosphere?

Employees are supportive of each other, which creates an approachable professional network that contributes to a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

8. Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here?

I joined SynTech Research Inc. in 2011 when the company’s headquarters was located in California. Therefore, I had the opportunity to work alongside SynTech’s founders. Their integrity and mentorship were essential for my career. It didn’t take long for me to decide that I wanted to dedicate all my professional efforts to help the company grow, and to be part of its history.
