HR Lead for SynTech Research in Central Europe appointed

Helena Paulikova has joined SynTech Research Czech Republic as HR and Administration lead. She will also be HR lead for SynTech Research in Central Europe –covering Hungary and Poland as well as the Czech Republic.

Helena Paulikova, HR and Administration lead

Before joining SynTech Research, Helena worked as HR Manager for Syngenta Czech Republic & Slovakia for five years. She was responsible for the integration of staff and projects, particularly those related to outsourcing and divestment activities. Prior to Syngenta, she worked in Schering Plough and Merck Sharpe & Dohme, and has worked as HR Lead for Avon Cosmetics covering five countries in Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a degree in Psychology from Charles University in Prague.
