Leadership team discusses Vision 2020 for SynTech

At its annual strategy meeting last month, this year in Greece, the SynTech Leadership Team, including Regional and Laboratory Directors/Senior Managers of the global business, reviewed the vision for the Company by year 2020.

The meeting decided to pursue a fast growth strategy, focussed on rapid expansion of capability for chemical and especially seeds/traits projects, particularly those for product safety/environmental impact. Expansion will involve major laboratory and field resource increases, as well as additional regulatory activities, in key territories in North & South America, Europe and Asia. A task-force will now work to develop the details of the strategy by the end Q1 2015.
