Besides conducting trials in the important crops, I manage the running of the satellite station. This entails overseeing a group of research staff and the proper handling of field labourers. I am very much involved in the coordination of their activities to ensure that trials are undertaken properly in accordance with the agreed protocols and all operational activities are effectively carried out to the best standard and without compromising human safety and environmental protection .
My position also involves the coordination of fieldwork with administrative tasks including the overseeing of trial progress, data analysis, and the preparation of reports. In order to achieve the goals, I work hand in hand with my team in order to make sure that all the trials or studies being conducted in the organisation are in line with the goals of the organisation and/or provide useful information to the agricultural sector.

What resonates with me most about working at SynTech Research Group is the untiring commitment to integrity in research. From the very beginning of my career here, I’ve been mentoring by supervisors who emphasised the importance of reporting research findings with complete honesty, regardless of the results. This principle has deeply influenced my approach to my work, as I believe that the credibility of our research is paramount to the full satisfaction of clients in the agro-chemical industries. Upholding this standard of integrity ensures that our work remains trustworthy in the interest of agriculture industry.
In addition, I truly value the culture of collaboration that company adopts. The environment here encourages open communication and the sharing of ideas, where every team member’s input is valued, no matter how big or small the issue may seem. This collaborative atmosphere not only drives innovation but also creates a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect within the team. It’s inspiring to work in a place where collective effort is recognised as a key to success, and where diverse perspectives are welcomed and integrated into our projects.
What is your favourite activity or hobby outside of work, and how have you found support or community for it within the company?
Ohh,, one of my favourite things to do outside of work is going to the beach, especially on weekends. I like to go with my team, and we enjoy spending time in waters, bringing some of our favourite foods, and relaxing together. It helps me recharge and brings us closer as a team, and making our bond even stronger.
Is there a particular achievement or project in your career that you are especially proud of?
I take pride in every research project assigned to me, as each one presents an opportunity to contribute to agricultural advancements and address real-world challenges. From conducting bio-efficacy trials in high-value crops to overseeing field experiments, each project has its own unique complexities. Successfully completing these projects not only showcases my ability to meet scientific and industry standards but also allows me to contribute to sustainable practices in agriculture. Whether it’s improving pest management strategies or enhancing crop production, I consider every accomplishment a reflection of my passion and dedication to the field.
Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here?
One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had at SynTech Research Group was during a particularly challenging bio-efficacy trial for a new pesticide product. We were working on improving pest control in banana plantations, and the trial required precise execution and constant field monitoring. What stood out to me was the way my team and I came together, even during long hours and unexpected weather challenges. The collaborative spirit and dedication to problem-solving really exemplified the company culture of teamwork and perseverance. That experience made me realise how much I enjoy being part of an organisation that supports its people and pushes them to achieve impactful results. It’s this sense of teamwork and purpose that keeps me motivated every day.
