New R&D Program Manager Announcement!

Jansen McDaniel has joined the SynTech Research team as R&D Program Manager effective January 16, 2024. With a strong background in crop production and efficacy research, Jansen brings complementary expertise to the team. Jansen’s career has included time as a commercial grower, greenhouse researcher, field trial coordinator, and most recently as a product development specialist. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degrees from North Carolina State University.

Jansen’s dynamic skills align perfectly with this new role as the R&D Program Manager, a position currently held by Paul Rensner, who will retire in mid-February. Over the coming weeks, Jansen will collaborate closely with Paul to ensure a seamless transition across all programs.

Outside of work, Jansen enjoys life on her small farm with her husband Nate in rural North Carolina.
