SynTech Research is starting up a Midwest Field Research Station, located at SynTech’s HQ and laboratory site in Stilwell, Kansas. This will provide extensive capabilities in Kansas and Missouri for field and laboratory work in seed/traits, agrochemical GLP (residue), GEP(efficacy), and ecotoxicology, including bee studies . The facility will comprise offices, land, equipment and laboratories, and enable access to other locations in the two states.
Dan Cook, who will be appointed Field Biologist for Kansas/Missouri from 1/1/2014, will oversee the station, but retain his role as GLP Field Coordinator, North America. Dan joined SynTech at its Sanger Field Station in 2011, following an M.S. in Soil and Water Science from the University of California, Riverside.
