Earlier this month, Field Testing Managers from Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile convened in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil where they met new Field Testing Managers from Colombia and Argentina and many staff from the Brazil team. They also had the opportunity for discussions with Thibaud Gachet from Ekkio Capital, SynTech’s main investor, and Fernando Gallina, Regional Director, Latin America
The visit to the SynTech Piracicaba Field Station was used to exchange ideas and information on how fieldwork is best performed in the Region, with the aim of continuous improvement in all our practices, to provide our clients with high-quality research and development programs.
The result was a lot of mutual learning, an increased common vision, and was a great contribution to making SynTech LAM even more able to deliver excellence.
