SynTech Research joins Seed Central Centre of Excellence and Innovation

SynTech Research has become a member of Seed Central SM, joining a growing number of companies and organizations in the global seed and food industry, including Dow AgroSciences, HM. Clause, Monsanto, Bayer CropScience and Syngenta.

Seed Central, is a public-private partnership initiative between the Seed Biotechnology Center at UC Davis (University of California at Davis) and SeedQuest® information Service. Its purpose is to facilitate communication & research collaboration between UC Davis, a world leader in seed, plant and agricultural sciences and the 100+ seed-related companies located in the region, in order to bring science to the market faster.

“Joining Seed Central SM is one of many initiatives related to our rapidly expanding technical offering in Seeds & Traits,” says Luke Farno, Global Account Manager. “SynTech has a global field station network, complemented by the Biotech Laboratory at our Stillwell, Kansas facility, allowing us to work with a wide range of conventional and transgenic crops. SynTech is extremely pleased to be a member of Seed Central, so that we can keep in touch with the industries’ most pressing needs in this area of product development.”
