SynTech Research moves into Africa

As a further step in its global expansion strategy, SynTech Research is pleased to announce the establishment of a new operating company: SynTech Research Africa.

The company’s headquarters is located in Casablanca, Morocco. From this location, SynTech will perform bioefficacy crop protection and seed trials in main agricultural regions in Morocco on a range of crops such as:

  • vegetables (tomatoes, melon, strawberry, potatoes)
  • field crops (wheat, barley, maize)
  • oilseeds (sunflower)
  • fruit trees (citrus, apple, almond)
  • olives
  • grapes.

The trials will be coordinated by the company’s teams from Spain and France.

Through the newly created company, SynTech is also determining suitable locations for the establishment of satellite testing facilities in other key countries in Africa.
