SynTech Research Brazil has upgraded the analytical equipment at its Brazil laboratory, including acquisition of the new Sciex® QTRAP 6500 Mass Spectrometer. Coupled with our new HPLC Agilent® 1290, this will deliver the very low limit of detections required by the complex matrices, compounds and metabolites increasingly required by regulatory authorities.

This and other new equipment, in addition to our Sciex® API 4000 and QTRAP 5500 MS, expands the scope of the laboratory’s capability to offer high quality services for the residue analysis, e.g. pollinators studies and new metabolites/ of active ingredients which demand high detection sensitivity.

SynTech Brazil has also acquired a Geno/Grinder® homogenizer, which minimizes the possibility of cross contamination, reduces time for sample extraction, and can utilize very small samples.
