Welcoming Matthew Lamore: Enhancing Our Team with Expertise and Dedication

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our SynTech Research family: Matthew Lamore, who joins us as an Associate Study Director, effective March 27, 2024. With nearly a decade of experience in the field, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to our team.

Matthew’s journey in agricultural research began as a Principal Field Investigator, where he gained hands-on experience in conducting essential fieldwork. Over the years, he transitioned into roles as a Pollinator Field Manager and Study Director, specializing in studies such as Magnitude of Residue, Brood Assay (EPPO/OECD75), and Feeding Studies. His dedication to understanding the impact of agrochemicals on pollinators and their habitats has been instrumental in shaping his career.

What sets Matthew apart is not just his expertise in research methodologies but also his ability to effectively communicate with sponsors and stakeholders. He takes pride in developing protocols that are not only rigorous but also accessible and collaborative—a testament to his commitment to driving impactful research.

Matthew’s educational background in Biology from Bucknell University, coupled with his experience as a collegiate baseball player for the Bisons, speaks volumes about his dedication and discipline. His passion for scientific inquiry and his competitive spirit make him a perfect fit for our team.

In his new role as Associate Study Director, Matthew will be leading our GLP Study Management team remotely from Illinois, marking a significant milestone as our first 100% fully remote GLP Study Director for the NAM Study Management team. Despite the physical distance, we are confident that Matthew’s dynamic skills and unwavering commitment will strengthen our capabilities and drive us towards achieving our goals.

Outside of work, Matthew is a devoted strength and conditioning specialist, with a penchant for competing in Strongman events. However, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his two-year-old daughter, whom he adores taking on walks in the park—a precious blend of family time and fitness.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Matthew Lamore. Together, let’s continue to push the boundaries of agricultural research and make a lasting impact on our industry.

Welcome to the team, Matt!
