SynTech announces pioneering educational co-operation with Brazilian University

Dr. Khosro Khodayari, President and CEO of SynTech Research and Dr. Dalvan Heinert, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Santa Maria , Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, have agreed a novel co-operative education program. Biological sciences students from the University will be work as interns in one of SynTech’s USA or EU facilities as a part of their graduation requirement. The University will provide experts to deliver short courses to train SynTech staff in Brazil in Entomology, Plant Pathology, Weed Science and Environmental Sciences. The parties are also discussing collaboration on  agricultural chemical and biotechnology R&D activities.
