Job Description: Reporting directly to the Finance Manager (Regional Controller), you will be responsible for defining management controls within the business unit and ensuring the reliability of financial information. Additionally, you will develop management tools to optimize and support operations. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily financial operations, managing all department-related duties, particularly accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, including Budget, Forecasting, Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Capex, Cash Flow, and Aging AR.
- Provide support to the Accounting, Tax, and Controllership teams, as well as generate analytical reports and assist with audit requirements.
- Handle all client-related financial demands and associated responsibilities.
- Participate in strategic initiatives as outlined in the company’s strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Solid experience in finance, preferably in a leadership or coordination role within a multinational company.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting (IFRS background preferred).
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC.

- Strong ability to manage priorities and work within a matrix organization, collaborating with different business areas.
