- Carry out the maintenance of documents in the Archive (receive, check, organize, index and remove, as necessary).
- Updating spreadsheets and controls.
- Scan documents.
- Organize and provide documents for sending to customers.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- High school.
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel, Windows.
- Desirable additional training (Technical, Technological Course in Administration or related area).
- Full Time (CLT).
